Artificial Intelligence Certification

Artificial Intelligence Certification helps real estate professionals leverage AI-powered tools, including CRM systems, chatbots, and AR/VR technology, to enhance client interactions, improve efficiency, and support business growth. The program also explores ethical AI use, transparency, and data privacy, providing practical strategies for integrating AI into real estate workflows. Gain the knowledge and skills needed to stay ahead of emerging trends and deliver innovative solutions to clients.

 

Learners will receive 8 CRS Designation credits upon successful completion of the course.

Continuing Education (CE) Eligibility

  • Georgia: 8 CE hours (Self-Paced only)

  • Michigan: 8 CE hours (Self-Paced only)

Complete your certification

This certification will ask potential students to complete the courses listed below. After successful completion and achieving scores of 70% or better on both exams, students will receive the certification.

Traditional in-person or virtual classroom course led by an instructor that combines expert guidance with hands-on workshop activities. Participants will actively develop AI prompts for real estate tasks, such as client communication, marketing, and property listings, while practicing using AI tools to analyze market trends, predict property values, and strengthen business strategies. Through interactive exercises and real-world scenarios, learners will apply ethical AI practices, including transparency, bias mitigation, and data privacy, and explore emerging AI technologies to stay ahead and confidently integrate AI into their real estate operations.
