The Orange Group also manages a property portfolio valued over $10 million dollars. She graduated from Jacksonville University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Patricia has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 7 years and was previously in the Banking Industry for over 10 years. Her goal is always to provide a professional and quality experience with each client interaction and ensure all of her client's needs are met. A top producer for Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty, Patricia is a two-time member of the Gold Club, a four-year member of the Wall of Honor, Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society based on her production and was awarded in 2016 the "Rising Star Award" for Jacksonville, FL. Patricia lives in the Mandarin area with her husband Lou who also is her business partner and 1 year old son Isaiah. She enjoys traveling, reading, and giving back to the community. For every closed transaction, a portion is donated to CBV Cares a 501(c)3 that focuses on giving back to the community. She is also a member of the Elite Realtor Network and the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
