Winning Negotiation: Reimagining the Modern Agent

In this 4-hour course, learners will explore the 4 M's for gaining skill in negotiating:  Mindset, Mastery, Message, and Meaning.  Negotiation isn't a linear checklist; it's a human process that begins with inner clarity and moves through skilled action, is expressed through meaningful language, and is rooted in authentic trust.

After completing the course, learners will:

- Recognize that negotiation power comes not through control but through influence

- Gain strategic, interpersonal, and tactical tools to negotiate confidently, ethically, and effectively

- Use language to effectively influence and create stories that resonate in negotiation situations

- Build skills to gain trust through consistent actions, honest communication, and respect for others' emotions

 

Default Policy: Unless otherwise stated, RRC classes operate under the following cancellation policy:

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.

- Half Day (4 Hours) Fees:

Licensing Fee: $300

Instructor fees are as follow, plus any incurred cost (travel,lodging,etc.) for in-person or hybrid courses

Half Day (4 hours) - $1,500

Student royalty fee: $25 per student for half day courses


- Full Day (8 Hours) Fees:

Licensing Fee: $300

Instructor fees are as follow, plus any incurred cost (travel,lodging,etc.) for in-person or hybrid courses

Full Day (8 hours) - $3,000

Student royalty fee: $35 per student for 1-day courses


- 2 Day (16 Hours) Fees:

Licensing Fee: $300

Instructor fees are as follow, plus any incurred cost (travel,lodging,etc.) for in-person or hybrid courses

2 Days (16 hours) - $6,000

Student royalty fee: $75 per student for 2-day courses
