Real estate professionals often find themselves helping clients through emotionally charged transactions during challenging times such as divorce, loss, or disasters. This course is designed to provide you with practical skills to identify and manage crises, communicate empathetically, and maintain healthy boundaries while protecting your resilience. Through case studies, activities, and tools, you’ll learn to guide clients confidently during emotional moments. The course also covers self-care and burnout prevention, ensuring you can serve without compromising your well-being. By the end of the course, you’ll have gained the skills to handle crises with steadiness, compassion, and effectiveness, even in the midst of client chaos.

  • Identify signs of emotional distress and understand the unique real estate challenges posed by various client crises such as divorce, death, financial hardship, and more.
  • Use empathy, active listening, and intentional language to build trust and reduce client anxiety during emotionally charged transactions.
  • Define appropriate limits in client relationships and implement techniques to reinforce them when needed respectfully.
  • Develop strategies to manage emotional exhaustion, prevent burnout, and maintain peak performance while supporting clients in crisis.
  • Create a customized plan that integrates awareness, communication skills, boundaries, and wellness habits into a sustainable real estate practice.

Default Policy: Unless otherwise stated, RRC classes operate under the following cancellation policy:

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.

- Half Day (4 Hours) Fees:

Licensing Fee: $300

Instructor fees are as follow, plus any incurred cost (travel,lodging,etc.) for in-person or hybrid courses

Half Day (4 hours) - $1,500

Student royalty fee: $25 per student for half day courses


- Full Day (8 Hours) Fees:

Licensing Fee: $300

Instructor fees are as follow, plus any incurred cost (travel,lodging,etc.) for in-person or hybrid courses

Full Day (8 hours) - $3,000

Student royalty fee: $35 per student for 1-day courses


- 2 Day (16 Hours) Fees:

Licensing Fee: $300

Instructor fees are as follow, plus any incurred cost (travel,lodging,etc.) for in-person or hybrid courses

2 Days (16 hours) - $6,000

Student royalty fee: $75 per student for 2-day courses
