Listing in Today’s World: Strategies for a New Era in Real Estate

4 CREDITS

CLASSROOM

(Note:  This course is also known as Beyond the Listing Presentation: Why Sellers Choose You)

This course examines what really causes sellers to choose one agent over another. Move beyond scripts and polished presentations to explore the preparation, positioning, communication, curiosity, and clarity that create trust and seller confidence. Through practical examples and application exercises, you’ll learn to demonstrate your value rather than simply claim it—and create listing conversations that feel less like a presentation and more like the beginning of a trusted relationship.

This course is eligible for CE in the following states:

3.    Use questioning, listening, and observation techniques to identify seller motivations, priorities, expectations, and decision drivers.

4.    Adapt the listing conversation to the individual seller by demonstrating competence, creating clarity, and responding thoughtfully rather than relying on a predetermined presentation.
