Inside Sales Agent Certification

The Inside Sales Agent Certification is designed to elevate your skills as an inside sales or client-facing real estate professional. This flexible, self-paced course equips you with proven strategies to manage and convert leads, respond quickly to new opportunities, and build trust through effective communication. You will develop the ability to apply customer service principles in real-time interactions, create structured scripts and conversations that uncover client needs, and implement consistent follow-up systems. By mastering these techniques, you will strengthen relationships, increase appointments, and drive more successful outcomes in your business.

 

The learner will receive 2 credit hours toward the CRS Designation.

Complete your certification

This certification will ask potential students to complete the courses listed below. After successful completion and achieving scores of 70% or better on both exams, students will receive the certification.

Get Certified

Once you have completed all of the necessary course requirements you will earn the certificate noted above. You will receive a certificate of completion and access to the logos to be used in your marketing and advertising.
