RRC presents our Skillshops Series.

Skillshops are intensive 2-3 hour learning workshops focused on a tool or skill. These classes have limited enrollments so you can interact with the instructor on the topic. These courses do receive CRS Designation Maintenance credit, but do not count toward CRS Designation or CE. The focus is on learning the skill so you can apply it immediately.

In ‘How to Analyze Investment Properties,’ you will bring data on some example properties that could be for investment. Dale will discuss with you the property and how to approach it from the investment perspective. He will then walk you through a tool to analyze the pros and cons of the property itself.

During this class:

• review your options you bring to the class for investing in a property
• walks you through a tool that can help you make better decisions about investment properties 
• discusses the ins and outs of analyzing the investment properties

Default Policy: Unless otherwise stated, RRC classes operate under the following cancellation policy:

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
