Chicago – The Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) and many CRS Designees attended the prestigious Inmociónate Real Estate Conference in Spain. Organized by RRC partners in Spain, Unión de Créditos Inmobiliarios (UCI) and the Spanish International Realty Alliance (SIRA), Inmociónate began in 2010 and this year took place June 29 – 30, 2023 in Granada, Spain. Inmociónate brings together real estate professionals from Spain, Europe and the United States.
Once again, Inmociónate served as a platform for knowledge sharing, networking and showcasing the latest trends and advancements in the real estate industry. This year's conference theme, "Transforming the Future of Real Estate," aligned perfectly with RRC’s commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions and driving innovation in the sector.
As a participant, RRC shared its expertise, engaged with industry leaders and contributed to thought-provoking discussions on key topics such as proptech, sustainable development, investment strategies and market trends. RRC also showcased its comprehensive range of education and networking services in two keynote presentations, “Global Opportunities” and “How to Be Influential and Relevant” to an audience of more than 800.

Teresa Pitt, Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston in Raleigh, North Carolina was selected as 2024 First Vice President. Pitt will be sworn in during the Inaugural Installation taking place in Anaheim this November.
