The Negotiations Certificate program is for real estate professionals who want to fine-tune their negotiation skills, with courses that dive deeper into the psychological aspects of negotiations, allowing agents to master negotiations and grow their expertise.

Requirements for Certificate

There are two options from which you can choose to earn the Negotiations
Certificate; both options are a total of 12 credit hours:

This certification will ask potential students to complete the courses listed below. After successful completion and achieving scores of 70% or better on both exams, students will receive the certification.

Get Certified

Once you have completed all of the necessary course requirements you will earn the certificate noted above. You will receive a certificate of completion and access to the logos to be used in your marketing and advertising.
