Vermont Real Estate Brokers are required to complete 24 hours of continuing education hours every 24 months.  Sales Agents are required to complete 16 hours of continuing education hours every 24 months. For both agents, four of the hours of instruction must be mandatory course topics as shown here:  List of Topics.

*In addition to the 16 hours of required continuing education for salespersons, within 90 days from the issuance of an initial salesperson license, the salesperson shall complete eight hours of instruction addressing topics specified by the Commission related to the salesperson's practice of the profession post-licensure.
