Cancellation Policy
All Sell-a-bration related cancellations (including Pre-Conference course cancellations) must be made in writing by way of email to CRSHelp@crs.com. The Council has the right to review each individual situation wherein a cancellation is requested. Cancellation of 2025 Sell-a-bration conference registrations are subject to a $100 administrative fee. Transfers will be accepted until February 28, 2025. No refunds will be provided after March 2, 2025. RRC Night Out tickets are non-refundable after February 28, 2025.
