About
Dale Carlton, CRS, has worked in the education field for over twenty years, working with non-profit organizations, undergrad students, universities, as an attorney, and largely in the real estate field. Dale is the owner of Carlton Realty, Inc. He was a broker during the sale of over $3 billion in properties with his previous real estate company, has personally sold/leased over $190 million in properties, and has owned, co-owned, or managed over 250 residential and commercial properties in Northwest Arkansas.
Dale is a professor with REALTOR® University, teaching 5 different courses, and was the 2015 National President of the Residential Real Estate Council. Speaking to over 75,000 people, Dale has taught throughout the United States and is not only an experienced educator, but he is actively working within the fields that he speaks and educates. You will enjoy his high-energy, humorous and knowledgeable presentation.
