Meet Sam

Sam Mehrbod, Ph.D, CEO, Co-Founder of Roomvu, “The Authority where A.I. Meets Social Media.” Sam is a serial entrepreneur in real estate technology, building products for real estate agents. He founded Excellentia Builders Group in 2010, and since 2017, he has been working with industry leaders to create a platform that empowers agents with hyperlocal and personalized video content. To date, Roomvu has 200,000+ agents across the USA & Canada. The Roomvu team has over 50 full-time employees and 200 contractors. Formerly, Sam was a top 1% agent in greater Vancouver while finishing his Ph.D. at the University of British Columbia.

Gary Silva is the Vice President of Sales at Roomvu, a real estate marketing platform that specializes in automated video content for agents. With a focus on sales leadership and growth, Gary has been instrumental in driving the company's recent achievements, including a 47% close rate in January, marking a 220% increase since he assumed his role. His strategic initiatives encompass fostering a closing culture through daily inspiration, continuous training via role plays and call reviews, and enhancing inter-departmental alignment. Under his guidance, the sales team is on track to approach $1 million per month in new business sales, reflecting his commitment to achieving and surpassing ambitious targets.

Cancelation Policy

Default Policy: Unless otherwise stated, RRC classes operate under the following cancellation policy:

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
