Meet Mike
Mike Selvaggio is a Certified Instructor with the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®. He has served in numerous leadership roles, including 2008 National President of CRS, 2017 National Director, and 2018 Regional Vice President.
Mike has taught thousands of REALTORS® across the U.S. and internationally, presenting in Italy, Japan, Korea, Canada, Spain, and the Bahamas. Recognized as Delaware REALTOR® of the Year (1990) and CRS of the Year for his region (2023), Mike has also served as president of both the Delaware Association of REALTORS® and his local board.
Mike is the founder of Delaware Homes, with two offices statewide. Mike has been a REALTOR® since 1976 and continues to inspire agents through teaching, writing, and leadership.

Cancelation Policy
RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
