Meet Jack


Jack Cotton, CRS celebrates 50 plus years in the real estate business that began with a start-up in his college dorm room. Jack is a CRS Certified Instructor and is well-known in Luxury Real Estate circles.


Meet Jennifer


Jennifer Powers, CRS, is a 35-year real estate industry veteran, a lifelong resident of Sonoma, CA, and a sixth-generation wine country resident.


The last 17 years of her career have been spent with Sotheby’s International Realty, where she’s been recognized year after year as a Top 100 Sales Associate across their company-owned brokerages.


Meet Heather


Heather Reed, CRS is a nationally recognized top-producing Realtor® in Denver, Colorado, known for her tenacious service, savvy investment knowledge, and deep community roots in the Denver metro real estate market. As a 2024 RE/MAX Torchbearer Award recipient—honored as one of the Top 5 agents in Colorado and Top 40 nationwide under 40—Heather brings a powerful combination of business acumen, integrity, and relentless client advocacy to every transaction.


Growing up in Parker and Castle Rock, Heather has history in the community—giving her a seasoned perspective on market trends, neighborhood growth, and real estate investment opportunities. With family ties to residential development and construction, real estate has always been part of her DNA. She personally manages rental properties, navigates investment deals, and helps countless clients turn homeownership into long-term financial security.


Clients consistently describe Heather as energetic, dependable, and results-driven. Whether she's helping someone purchase their first home or guiding seasoned investors through multi-property portfolios, she brings clarity, creativity, and heart to the process. Heather now lives in Centennial, CO with her husband (a local pastor) and their two amazing kids. When she’s not serving clients, you’ll find her enjoying the Colorado outdoors—hiking, paddleboarding, biking, and staying active with her community.


Meet Sam


Sam Michaud has lived in Maine his entire life and has a very strong knowledge of Maine’s beautiful coastline. As a broker, he provides sellers and buyers with an unmatched work ethic and a strong determination to meet their real estate needs. Sam prides himself on being persistent, empathetic, well informed, and aggressive when it comes to negotiation. In 2025, he negotiated the highest residential sale in the history of Southern, Maine. The property was an 8 acre estate in Cape Elizabeth that was once owned by Bette Davis. The sale price was $13,400,000. He has been featured in Fox News, Mansion Global, Architectural Digest, Robb Report, Wall Street Journal, New York Post, Boston Globe, Daily Mail and the Portland Press Herald.


Prior to entering the real estate industry, he attended the University of New England, where he studied business and marketing. While in school, he played hockey, which taught Sam many valuable lessons, including the importance of teamwork and competition.


Outside of real estate, he actively volunteers with the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland. Fostering shelter dogs is one of his favorite ways to give back, and there is no better feeling than helping these very special animals. His family has been involved with the organization for many years, and Sam's father served as a board member for more than a decade. He is proud to continue supporting their important mission.

Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
