Whether you’re helping clients grow their real estate portfolios or investing on your own, understanding the landscape of real estate investing is key to long-term success. In this engaging 3-hour panel, real estate professionals from different regions will share insight on investing strategies, property types, and market dynamics. This session is designed for REALTORS® who want to better serve investor clients, those who are considering becoming investors, and those who are already investing and looking to get to the next level!

 

Grounded in real-world experience, the panelists will share not only what’s working in their markets but also what to avoid, including lessons learned the hard way. You'll walk away with actionable strategies to better represent investor clients and build your own long-term wealth!

 

Meet Nate

Nate Johnson, CRS, has been speaking to groups around the country, large and small, for over a decade. He is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves through teaching and training. Nate is a certified instructor for the National Association of REALTORS® and teaches the Planning & Zoning Resource class, which teaches REALTORS® the process cities use to create a vision for their future and the nuts and bolts of implementation. He is also a certified CRD Instructor and teaches the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation course and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation course. Nate also instructs a variety of other courses, including Fair Housing, Code of Ethics, Business Planning, Leadership, and more.

 

Nate has been a proud member of the St. Louis Association of REALTORS® (“SLAR”) since 1999. He served as the 2011 President of SLAR, which represents nearly 8,000 REALTORS® in St. Louis. Nate has chaired several SLAR committees, including the Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity committee, as well as the Urban Affairs Committee. Nate served as President of The St. Louis Association of Real Estate Professionals (SLAREP), a chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers. On the state level, Nate has been Chairman of the Economic Development Council and served as 2018 President of the Missouri Association of REALTORS®, which represents over 23,000 REALTORS® in the state of Missouri. He is also a member of the Missouri Realtors® Honor Society and is a past Chairman of the Smart Growth Advisory Board for the National Association of REALTORS®. He served as 2020 Liaison for Federal & Public Issues for the National Association of REALTORS®, was the 2021 Chairman of the Sustainability Advisory Group for NAR, and the 2024 Vice President of Advocacy

 

Nate is a member of the Real Estate Buyers Agency Council and has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) Designation. He is also a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and is a member of the Residential Real Estate Council, where he has earned the prestigious CRS designation. Nate has also earned the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Designation. Additionally, Nate is a Certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and certified Workforce Housing Specialist (WHS). Through his participation in diversity training, he has achieved the At Home with Diversity (AHWD) certification. Additionally, Nate has completed the CCIM Institute’s Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate.

 

Nate is the President of Real Estate Solutions Group @ Redkey Realty Leaders, a full-service residential real estate group with a commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. In addition to representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, Nate serves in an agent development role for Redkey Realty Leaders, where he coaches and trains agents at the largest independent real estate brokerage in St. Louis. He also manages a sales staff while overseeing the daily operations of Real Estate Solutions.

 

Meet Erin

 

Erin Stumpf is a top-producing Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker in Sacramento, consistently ranking in the top 5% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. Licensed since 2005, she specializes in residential sales, including single-family homes, condos, 2-4 unit properties, short sales, 1031 exchanges, probate, and trust transactions. She is a Sacramento native and graduate of CSU Sacramento with a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish/minor in Ethnic Studies and a Master's Degree in Public Policy & Administration, and is also deeply involved in real estate leadership and advocacy at the local, state, and national levels. She was honored as the 2019 Sacramento Association of REALTORS® "Realtor® of the Year".

 

Meet Harrison

 

Harrison Beacher is a proud father of two, a native Washingtonian, and Managing Partner of Coalition Properties Group, a top-producing real estate team serving the DC metro area with Keller Williams Capital Properties. Personally responsible for over $250 million in sales and 350+ families served, Harrison’s team is approaching $1billion in career volume and nearly 2,000 families helped. His mission is to be the bridge to his community for all things real estate, lifestyle, and wealth building. A nationally recognized leader, Harrison was named to Realtor® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 Class of 2016 and was an inaugural Fair Housing Champion by NAR in 2022. He served as GCAAR’s 2022 President, was named 2023 Realtor® of the Year, and is the 2025 President-elect for DCAR. He also chaired NAR’s 2024 Meetings & Conference Committee and remains active on NAR’s Board of Directors. Harrison and his wife are raising their children, Hall and Temple, in Northeast DC’s Michigan Park, where they are deeply rooted in the community. A retired DJ and national speaker, Harrison trains agents on referral growth, DEI, and business strategy.

 

Meet Tim

 

Tim Weisheyer is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly 30 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate across Central Florida. He is the broker/owner of Dream Builders Realty and dbrCommercial Real Estate Services, and a founding partner of 37 Capital Partners, a real estate investment and development firm based in Lake Nona.

 

Tim currently serves as President of Florida REALTORS®, where he champions advocacy, professionalism, and profitability for REALTORS® statewide. A respected industry leader, he is committed to advancing the real estate profession and shaping policies that support its growth and relevance.

 

In addition to his real estate leadership, Tim brings a strong background in public service, including serving as Chair of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority and as Past President of the Florida School Boards Association.
