Meet Addie

Addie Owens (CRS, CIPS, SRS, SFR, AHWD) is the Owner of Touchstone Real Estate Group, Inc., operating a full-service boutique brokerage and real estate school. She is a public speaker and a positive thought driver. Addie began her career as an appraiser and sales associate in 2005. Her experience in REO Dispositions helped catapult her business over the years, as she worked with small banks, Fannie Mae, HUD, and major lenders across the country. She regularly closed over 100 distressed property transactions a year during the darkest times in real estate.

Addie is also a CRS Certified Instructor and will be the 2026 First Vice President for RRC.

Meet Dale

Dale Carlton, CRS has worked in the education field for over twenty-five years, working with non-profit organizations, undergrad students, universities, as an attorney, and largely in the real estate field. Dale is the owner of Carlton Realty, Inc. He was a broker during the sale of over 3 billion dollars in properties, and has been addressing finance and real estate legal issues for agents for over two decades. Dale is a CRS Certified Instructor and a past CRS National President.

Meet Ant

Ant Stroud, CRS, is a dedicated real estate agent serving the Florida market, known for his client-first approach and deep knowledge of local communities. With a passion for helping buyers and sellers navigate the ever-changing real estate landscape, Ant combines market expertise with personalized service to deliver results. Whether working with first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors, he brings integrity, responsiveness, and a commitment to excellence to every transaction.

Meet Sebastien

Sebastien Millette is the founder of Doormath, a forward-thinking platform designed to streamline real estate transactions through smart technology and data-driven tools. With a background in PropTech and a passion for innovation, Sebastien leads Doormath’s mission to simplify the homebuying process for both agents and consumers. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to user-first solutions have positioned him as a rising voice in the real estate tech space. 

Meet Michelle

Michelle Marston has been living and loving Middle TN for the last 30 years! After spending time exploring Music City, and the surrounding area, Michelle has become an expert in all things local and is excited to share her wealth of knowledge with her clients.

Michelle has an impressive background, and her former career was in Functional Neurology where she worked closely with developmentally delayed children. This experience brought to light Michelle’s passion for wellness and for helping others. She is also the lead singer in a '90s cover band. In her spare time, Michele and her wife teach, plan, and organize kayaking trips. While they continue to learn more about TN, their goal is to experience all of the rivers and lakes that TN offers.

Meet Jude

Born and raised in southern Louisiana, Jude Watts, CRS, developed a strong work ethic from an early age. His professional journey began as a medic in the Louisiana Prison System, eventually advancing to the federal system as a Senior Officer with the United States Department of Justice. Seeking a more public-facing role, Jude transitioned to the private sector as an Insurance and Financial Services Specialist with State Farm Insurance.

While working at State Farm, Jude pursued his passion for real estate, earning his license in 2008. From 2008 to 2012, he balanced dual careers as a Real Estate Agent and a local insurance representative. In 2012, Jude committed fully to his real estate career as a Real Estate Broker, leveraging his unwavering work ethic to help clients achieve their dream of homeownership.

Jude’s career has included working with some of the nation’s leading real estate firms. In 2015, he was appointed Sales Manager and Managing Broker of his firm, where he led his team to become the #1 agency in their area. Following this success, Jude and his family relocated to Nashville, where he now serves as an Assistant Managing Broker.

When he’s not helping clients, Jude enjoys quality time with his wife, Buffy, their daughter, Kami, and their three beloved Australian Labradoodles: Parker, Phoenix, and Sundi.

Default Policy: Unless otherwise stated, RRC classes operate under the following cancellation policy:

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
