Pat Blandford is Founder and CEO of Green Shield Risk Solutions. Green Shield is addressing the massive dislocation in property insurance in states at risk of wildfire. The industry focuses on predicting losses, which often causes them to avoid certain states. Green Shield focuses on prevention, enabling property owners and brokers to secure insurance at fair rates. Previously, he served as CEO of Tokio Marine Highland (formerly WNC Insurance Services).
