As REALTORS®, you are required to comply with the high standards of professionalism required in the profession; all agents must be familiar with the United States Fair Housing Act. This two-hour eLearning provides a review of the key areas of the Act, provides techniques to help you fairly and equitably assist clients from all backgrounds, and shares ways to help ensure your business is in compliance with the Fair Housing Act.

Course Completion Outcomes:

• List the 7 bases on which a violation of the Fair Housing Act may be made 
• Identify scenarios where the use of new technology may constitute a violation of the Act 
• Understand how cultural beliefs can impact a real estate transaction 
• Build trusting relationships with clients from any culture

Cancelation Policy

Default Policy: Unless otherwise stated, RRC classes operate under the following cancellation policy:

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
