Meet Nate


Nate Johnson, CRS, has been speaking to groups around the country, large and small, for over a decade. He is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves through teaching and training. Nate is a certified instructor for the National Association of REALTORS and teaches the Planning & Zoning Resource class, which teaches REALTORS the process cities use to create a vision for their future and the nuts and bolts of implementation. He is also a certified CRD Instructor and teaches the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation course and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation course. Nate also instructs a variety of other courses, including Fair Housing, Code of Ethics, Business Planning, Leadership, and more. 


Nate has been a proud member of the St. Louis Association of REALTORS (“SLAR”) since 1999. He served as the 2011 President of SLAR, which represents nearly 8,000 REALTORS in St. Louis. Nate has chaired several SLAR committees including the Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity committee, as well as the Urban Affairs Committee. Nate served as President of The St. Louis Association of Real Estate Professionals (SLAREP), a chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers. On the state level, Nate has been Chairman of the Economic Development Council and served as 2018 President of the Missouri Association of REALTORS, which represents over 23,000 REALTORS in the state of Missouri. He is also a member of the Missouri Realtors Honor Society and is a past Chairman of the Smart Growth Advisory Board for the National Association of REALTORS. He served as 2020 Liaison for Federal & Public Issues for the National Association of REALTORS, was the 2021 Chairman of the Sustainability Advisory Group for NAR and the 2024 Vice President of Advocacy


 

Nate is a member of Real Estate Buyers Agency Council and has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) Designation. He is also a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI) and is a member of the Residential Real Estate Council where he has earned the prestigious CRS designation. Nate has also earned the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Designation. Additionally, Nate is a Certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and certified Workforce Housing Specialist (WHS). Through his participation in diversity training, he has achieved the At Home with Diversity (AHWD) certification. Additionally, Nate has completed the CCIM Institute’s Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate.


Nate is the President of Real Estate Solutions Group at Redkey Realty Leaders, a full-service residential real estate group with a commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. In addition to representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, Nate serves in an agent development role for Redkey Realty Leaders, where he coaches and trains agents at the largest independent real estate brokerage in St. Louis. He also manages a sales staff while overseeing the daily operations of Real Estate Solutions.

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
