This session will cover cultural norms in Deaf Culture, including best practices for working with deaf or hard-of-hearing clients, how to advocate for them, and when an interpreter should be present versus when it is just a conversation.
This session will also explore real-world scenarios and communication strategies that empower real estate agents to build trust and rapport with deaf and hard-of-hearing clients. Attendees will leave with practical tools to foster inclusivity, avoid common missteps, and confidently navigate conversations and transactions with cultural sensitivity.

- Cultural norms in Deaf Culture to be aware of
Cancelation Policy
RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
