There seem to be too few hours in the day for prospecting, keeping up with your SOI, and being sure your greatest lead source (your database) is properly tended to, nourished, growing, and popping out business opportunities. I'll share step-by-step what I do in my own business.

Meet Kim

Kim is an undiagnosed real estate addict, lives and breathes real estate from her core since 1997. Kim hails from St. Louis and offers a background in building, rehabbing, property management, and mortgage lending. She built her successful real estate team with her husband/business partner Sid who runs the show while Kim is away. Kim is also a high-energy speaker, trainer, and top producing REALTOR®. As an RPAC Major Investor, Kim is committed to advocacy, protecting property rights, and homeownership. She serves the RRC Board of Directors, Missouri REALTORS® Executive Committee, Professional Standards & RPAC Chair for St. Louis Realtors®, and is the Recipient of 2019 Elizabeth J. Mendenhall E3 Award from Missouri REALTORS® for Energy, Empowerment and Experience.

Cancelation Policy

Default Policy: Unless otherwise stated, RRC classes operate under the following cancellation policy:

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
