Meet the Panel


Kim Cameron, CRS is an undiagnosed real estate addict from St. Louis, MO, running her successful team with her business partner, Sid. She is a high energy speaker, trainer, and top producing REALTOR®. As an RPAC Major Investor, Kim is committed to advocacy, protecting property rights and home ownership. She has served the Residential Real Estate Council Board of Directors, Region 6 & Region 8 Vice President, Missouri RRC President, Finance Committee and Masterminds. Kim currently serves on the Missouri REALTORS® Executive Committee, Professional Standards Chair for St. Louis Realtors and is the Recipient of 2019 Elizabeth J. Mendenhall E3 Award from Missouri REALTORS® for Energy, Empowerment and Experience. Kim will pack the day with tips, scripts and content you can immediately implement as well as best practices from her own successful business. Kim is also a CRS Certified Instructor.



Richard Waystack, CRS is a past RRC National President and 38-year REALTOR® who has bought and sold numerous real estate-related businesses. A believer in passive income, Richard is currently Team Leader with The Cape Cod Group at William Raveis on Cape Cod!


As a real estate agent, Dawn Thomas, CRS believes that negotiation is a critical skill. She attended the esteemed Program on Negotiation (PON) at Harvard Law School, and she holds a certificate from the Harvard Negotiation Institute. This diverse, global program offers courses that focus on negotiation and leadership as well as a master-level negotiation class. Just a handful of real estate agents across the country have invested in their careers to the level that Dawn has, and only a few hold the advanced negotiations certification.


Joseph Newman, CRS is a Colorado native and earned his bachelor’s degree from University of Colorado at Boulder. Continued education is very important to Joseph, with that being said, he is proud to announce that he received his CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) certification and has served the organization as Colorado's Real Estate Education and Real Estate Finance Leader.


Roger Lundy, CRS is a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Indianapolis, launching his real estate career in 1990. Known for his exceptional creativity in marketing properties and negotiating transactions, Roger balances professionalism with a light-hearted approach.


As a past moderator and fellow of the MIBOR REALTOR® Association's Real Estate Academy of Leadership (REAL), Roger's leadership has been widely recognized. He has been honored as MIBOR's REALTOR® of the Year and received the Distinguished Service award. His dedication extends to philanthropy, having served as president of The REALTOR® Foundation, MIBOR, and the Indiana Association of REALTORS®


Beyond his professional accolades, Roger is a cruise enthusiast who celebrated his 50th birthday with 32 days at sea and visiting 19 countries. At home, he indulges in baking, using his impressive collection of 56 Bundt pans to create delightful cakes.

RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
