Securing a listing can prove to be a tough task, even for the most experienced agents. Sellers often enter the process with preconceived notions on how listings work, and agents must come prepared to listing appointments and be able to navigate difficult conversations. This highly interactive workshop will teach you how to become a power lister by learning to anticipate common objections during the listing process and how to respond to them.

  • Identify sources and strategies for lead generation 
  • Develop a plan to secure a sellable listing from first contact through the final listing appointment 
  • Put together a high-quality listing presentation, tailored to each individual client 
  • Anticipate and respond to common objections and obstacles during the listing process

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
