This session will focus on identifying and prospecting for Expired listings. We will cover what to look for in understanding why a listing expired, and deciding whether we want to pursue it. Once we decide we do want to pursue, what are the next steps.

Even though inventory is tight right now, it will not always be! Listings ebb and flow, and there will be a time where properties go off-market because they do not sell in the allotted time. Learn how to recognize what kept the property from selling the first time so that you can zero in on what the Seller needs from you to help them reach their goals this time.
