What to Expect

There is no "set it and forget it" in real estate. It is not an InstaPot!

Squeezing every minute out of this hour-long webinar, we will walk through the major components of a business plan, to give us a starting point. We begin with a look at YOU as your business/brand and what your goals are, then move into budgeting. From there, we'll talk about the steps you'll need to take to hit those goals, regardless of how large or small your SOI might be, and we'll plan for filling the cracks in our business with activities that contribute to our personal and professional goals! As the year goes by, things might change and you'll have the tools you need, to adjust, by taking a look back at the work you did in this webinar!

We all have strengths and weaknesses; this webinar will help pull everything into one, concise plan. The parts that you're already good at will be a breeze and the parts you could use some help on will be worked through. Agents are notoriously scattered -it's our nature- but having one place to keep all of these important details will help move you through your future business with confidence and provide direction when you find yourself stuck.

Meet Laura

Laura Fangman is an active REALTOR® who works with individuals and groups to help them make informed decisions and equip them to move confidently in their businesses. Known for her direct approach to providing support, Laura's honest feedback will help agents make the most of their time and efforts and get them moving forward and motivated! With experience spanning multiple states and all levels of association leadership, most of Laura's biggest lessons are those she's learned The Hard Way, but you'll get to learn those lessons from the comfort of your seat!

This webinar recording will show you how to:

  • Realize that business planning, though a critical element, isn't as intimidating as it seems.
  • Think about where your money is going and where it needs to go.
  • Have a picture of and path forward for your whole business, not just the next transaction.
