When you are buying or selling property in today’s real estate market, it’s important to have confidence in your real estate professional. In 1997, I became a full time real estate professional. As a residential specialist my areas of expertise include family, corporate and Military relocations. I’ve been certified by both St. Joe/Arvida and Prudential as a Relocation Specialist.
My professional education and designations include Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and I have been award the CRS designation. I have advanced training in Sales and marketing, mortgages, taxes, negotiating and I am a Certified Advanced 1031 Exchange Agent with Starker Services. My professional organizations include National Association of REALTORS®, Florida Associations of REALTORS® and the Bay County Association of REALTORS®.
I am a dedicated, proactive individual, with strong marketing and negotiating skills. With years of experience, I have the strong communication skills needed to secure a smooth transaction for all parties. What's a CRS?
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation
awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation
recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring
the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently,
there are more than 34,000 active CRS Designees.

Experience — To earn the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
Designation, every REALTOR® must have significant experience and volume

Code of Ethics.
