I have been a resident of North San Diego County since 1979 and have been serving the real estate needs of its residents since 1993. I believe a home is probably the largest and single most important financial investment most people will make in theirs lifetime. Therefore, my goal is to provide my clients with the highest level of integrity and personal service throughout this very important process--wheter it be a sale or a purchase. I understand that each client has a set of unique requirements and I listen carefully, identifying these needs up-front. This, I believe, is the basis for effective service and is the cornerstone of my philosophy.



I am dedicated to staying on top of each transaction, recognizing potential problems before they arise and tackling them "head-on" until a solution has been found. I communicate regularly with my clients, keeping them updated each step of the way. I am a professional and my intent is to build long term relationships! I work hard to establish the kind of trust that makes clients feel comfortable referring their friends and family to me.



What's a CRS?

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently, there are more than 34,000 active CRS Designees.

Experience — To earn the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation, every REALTOR® must have significant experience and volume of real estate transactions.

A Focus on Home Buying and Selling — To help make the home buying and selling process more rewarding, every CRS Designee must have a proven track record in the business, as well as advanced education in related areas like finance, technology and marketing. Work with the top 4 percent.

Technology Expertise — The training available to CRS Designees includes a strong focus on technology and its applications in the real estate business.
