Ron Miranda, CRS

My wife Christa and I have been working together in the Colorado Springs Real Estate Market for over 17 years. My Military experience includes 14 years Active Military and 14 years as an Active Reservist. I recently deployed for one year in support of Operation Enduring Freedom to Kabul, Afghanistan, where I was assigned to the Office of Military Cooperation - Afghanistan, Strategic Reform Team.

Other experience includes being a Chief Operating Officer for an Investment and a Marketing Company in Colorado Springs. I also worked as a Regional Staff Manager and a Business Unit Leader for a Nation-Wide Consulting Company responsible for the Western United States. My Military experience gives me an appreciation for having trust in your Realtor and making relocation less traumatic. What's a CRS?

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently, there are more than 34,000 active CRS Designees.

Experience — To earn the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation, every REALTOR® must have significant experience and volume of real estate transactions.
