I have been in real estate since 1998. I have lived in northwest Oklahoma my entire life. If you are relocating to this area I can let you know where to find the best bar-be-que around, line up a babysitter if needed, and anything else to make your transition easier. If you are moving locally, I can help with movers, house cleaners, changing utilities, or anything else you need to have done that you don't have the time to do.
My main goal is to make sure that buyers and sellers are fully informed of all the nuances of the process. I want buyers to understand everything that is happening during the home search, applying for a loan, after the contract is signed, inspections and what goes on at the closing table. I want sellers to understand the process of setting a listing price, marketing their home, negotiating a contract, inspections, and finally making it to the closing table.
I believe I am only here to help you. My mission statement reflects my attitude. "You don't have to be an expert at buying or selling a home...That's My Job!"
