Carin Nguyen takes the business of real estate very seriously. Every day without fail she heads out into the field to preview homes, knock on doors, and network with builders and fellow agents, knowing that every piece is key in getting the buyers and sellers she represents what they want.
Featured in Phoenix Magazine as one of the Top 10 Most Dependable Real Estate Professionals in Arizona and a consistent top performer at DPR Realty LLC, Carin certainly has the credentials. Yet the natural born saleswoman isn’t content to let her achievements speak for her. Rather, the fifth generation Arizonan wants to earn the trust of each and every client. She wants to be the difference between clients being somewhat satisfied with their decision to buy or sell and being confident it was the absolute best decision given their set of circumstances. “I am much more than a Realtor. I am a real estate consultant and my goal is to make clients for life. I work hard to build trust and gain the confidence of my clients while I am guiding them toward the best decisions for their situation. I make sure I disclose, explain and confirm everything to all parties. In the end, it’s not my goals that matter, but the goals of my clients.”
