My Real Estate career started in 1994 in California as a Mortgage Broker.
I have been a Hawaii resident and investor for several years here in Puna and enjoy helping people with their real estate investments.
I believe education is important so I have taken lots of classes. Knowledge is power and that power can be working for you.
My wife Mary &I are active in the community. We bring chickens to schools and teach about the benefits of free ranging chickens for eggs.
I am also known as the Bio-Friendly Realtor as I run my car on Biodiesel. (recycled cooking oil) When I show you properties you can feel good knowing my car gets 40+ mpg and pollutes 80% less than other realtors cars.

What's a CRS?
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation
awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation
recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring
the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently,
there are more than 34,000 active CRS Designees.
