Having lived in many different areas of the country (I am a Pennsylvania transplant, born in Ohio & have lived in Georgia, Florida, Texas & NJ), I found that Richmond has much to offer - a great mix of old & new, easy access to the beach & the mountains, great shopping & friendly people. As a non-Richmonder who went into the real estate business as soon as I moved here, I made it my business to get to know the different areas of Richmond-the city of Richmond, as well as the counties of Henrico, Hanover & Chesterfield-so that I could offer a unique perspective to all of my buyers & sellers.

awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation
recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring
the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently,
