My name is Victor A. Jed, My real estate career started in 1999, after retiring from a 22 year career in the United States Air Force, I graduated the Commander School of Real Estate, and passed the State of Florida Real Estate Licensing Examination in June of 1999. The following week I began working with Century 21, Commander Realty Inc. as a full time licensed Real Estate Agent.
I completed a rigorous weeklong Century 21 plus training in August of 1999 and my post licensing requirements within the first six months of obtaining a license. In addition to the required training I have also completed the Floyd Wickman’s Sweathogs training, and obtained the Graduate School Institutes (GRI) designation Degree and have also attained my Brokers license in 2004. I obtained the Council of Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 2008.
In addition to the above I have and Associates of Science in Avionics System Technology, a Bachelors of Science in Business Management, and a Masters of Public Administration degree. I have also completed numerous military leadership, quality and management and Avionics classes. In addition to my formal training I am a retired fire Chief of the local Volunteer Fire Department, Certified to teach American Cancer Society Tobacco Cessation Classes.
Specializing in residential homes I also list and sell Condominiums, commercial businesses and land. I am also active in the forclosure market.

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation
awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation
recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring
the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently,
there are more than 34,000 active CRS Designees.
