Not only am I in the elite group of CRS agents but my other designations include e-PRO, internet specialists in real estate where less than 1% of Arizona agents are included, MRE (Masters of Real Estate Society), an Arizona designation for continuing education. Currently there are only 176 MRE members in Arizona. I am now EcoBroker Certified. This means that I have been trained to identify "green" features of homes for my Sellers as well as direct my Buyers to homes that are efficient and comfortable. I have created a "green" database of professionals to direct my clients for answers and ratings.

What's a CRS?
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation
awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation
recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring
the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently,
there are more than 34,000 active CRS Designees.
