Gail completed the comprehensive EcoBroker® course in May, 2008, receiving 16 hours of Arizona Department of Real Estate approved continuing education credit. a REALTOR® with this education helps clients market properties with green features, save money and live comfortably, through energy efficency and environmentally sensitive choices. EcoBroker® is also an international network of real estate professionals that means Buyers to the Phoenix area.

NAR stands for the National Association of Realtors. NAR offered the brand new GREEN® designation program. Gail attended the core class in Orlando, Nov., 2008. The EcoBroker® certification provided Gail with all she needed to complete this designation December 17, 2008, making her the First Arizona REALTOR® to be GREEN®. This education arms Gail with the resources needed to assist Investors, and other Buyers, and homeowners with their energy and utility concerns.
Gail is a member and sponsor of the U.S. Green Building Council Arizona Chapter (USGBCAZ), attending monthly Council meetings and monthly green lunches. Education for sustainability and energy conservations is on-going. She is a volunteer for the Residential Green Build Committee and heads the REALTOR sub-committee.

What's a CRS?

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently, there are more than 34,000 active CRS Designees.
