Karen (Wanca) Margelofsky, CRS, GRI is a determined associate broker that strives to provide honest, dependable and friendly service to her clients and customers. Her goal is to create a positive and memorable experience with each of her clients and customers. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. Karen also was the Treasurer & Past-President of Woodland Lakes Assoc. of REALTORS, 2007 President of the Kiwanis Club of Antigo, 2005 Kiwanian of the Year and 2004 & 2007 Top Producer for Advantage Realty LLC in Antigo, WI. In her spare time, Karen enjoys doing improvements around home, arts and crafts, playing sports, hunting with her husband Brian and working with their two dogs. Her husband is the Activities/Athletic Director for Northland Pines High School and Karen is currently working with Coldwell Banker Mulleady Inc. Realtors in Eagle River, WI.

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently, there are more than 34,000 active CRS Designees.
