As a Realtor who started with the idea that I would be in this industry for the long-term, I decided to always watch out for my client's best interests. Sometimes it means that they do not sell a home they own, because it is not the right timing for them. Sometimes it means they do not purchase a home, because it is in a poor location or has a dysfunctional floor plan and I have advised them not to purchase.
The average agent in my area has sold six (6) or less homes each year in every year since 1995 when I started my real estate career and I have assisted over 850 clients to buy or sell their personal homes and their residential income properties.
I have held a strong ethical position with membership on the Professional Standards and Ethics committee of our local Realtor association and I am also on the New Technology committee so I can stay on the cutting edge of technology to assist my clients to have a great experience and to make sure feedback is sent in a timely fashion so sellers know what is happening with their properties.
It is a great industry and I have been involved in it even before becoming a Realtor. I was a real estate appraiser in the Boise Metro area for four years prior to becoming a Realtor and completed over 1,200 appraisals here. Prior to that I was a lender in another state for nine years. So I have a well-rounded background that will help you to succeed at a high level. Let me know how I can help.
