Darlene Gontz, CRS

In 1982 my life changed for the better. In the month of June I passed the PA exams to be a licensed real estate agent in the state of PA. Since that time I have helped many families sell or buy a home. In 1986 I met the requirements to become a real estate broker by passing an exam and meeting production requirements. For a short time I managed an office but prefer to work with families in their search for the right home. I have been truly blessed and enjoy the many people I have met from all walks of life in my 28+ years as a real estate professional.

My objective is to listen carefully, understand your needs and wants, then evaluate the current housing market and match you with the right home. You want an agent who gives you the quality results you deserve. You want a proven performer. I have the ability to satisfy your needs and am able to complete difficult sales. Working with a REALTOR, such as myself, will be a positive experience. I serve all of Franklin County and parts of Adams,Cumberland and Fulton counties.

My husband, Terry, has earned his PA license. He will gradually work into the business. I am very proud to have him as my business partner.
