I have been a real estate Broker since 1985. I am one of four owners of The Home Team in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. We are one of the top independent real estate companies in Chapel Hill. In business since 1991 we have made every effort to provide the highest quality service to all of our Clients.

Over the years I have worked with local builders in marketing their new neighborhoods. I have been involved in the marketing of homes in Mill Race, Larkspur, and Claremont in Chapel Hill just to name a few.

Sellers and Buyers alike can trust me to look out for their best interest. I pride myself on representing my clients exactly how I would expect to be represented. Purchasing a home or selling a home can be a very stressful event and I understand and empathize with my clients. I will use my expertise to alleviate the stress and make the process smooth.

What's a CRS?

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently, there are more than 34,000 active CRS Designees.

Why Use a CRS?

Experience — To earn the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation, every REALTOR® must have significant experience and volume of real estate transactions.

A Focus on Home Buying and Selling — To help make the home buying and selling process more rewarding, every CRS Designee must have a proven track record in the business, as well as advanced education in related areas like finance, technology and marketing. Work with the top 4 percent.
