Lynn Pilsner grew up in Rockford, Illinois, where her parents taught her to treat everyone as a special person and above all, listen to what they are saying. It's a simple philosophy that has served Lynn well. She learned that the most important thing she could do was to make her life a benefit to others.
At the age of 10, Lynn volunteered to help at the Rockford Children's Home. Although they said she was too young, Lynn never wavered. All through her school years, she was the person that everyone came to when they had a problem. She would listen to them and help any way she could.
After high school, Lynn continued her education and received a degree in social work at Wartburg College in Waverly, IA.
In 1989, Lynn chose a new career - real estate. She found that the keys to success were the same whether it was social work or real estate sales. Lynn still begins by listening to each client's unique needs, dreams and desires. Because no two people have the same needs, she takes time to understand what they want to accomplish before making recommendations.
This is Lynn and she listens to you!
