Hello, I'm Thomas Baker.

In 1983 I was in the supermarket, when I had a chance meeting with friend from college. She was in Real Estate and felt that I would be great in the business. Well all these years later, I'm still at it. I love the business, and what owning a home can mean for most people.

What I've found out about the business is that most real estate salespeople spend a majority of their time prospecting for new business by placing ads, telephone canvassing, door knocking, holding weekend open houses, etc. That's not bad, sometimes it is just what has to be done.

What we do is different. We dedicate our time and energy toward serving you - our clients. We spend very little time trying to obtain business from the general public. We devote our time toward helping you obtain your goals and dreams. We are, 100% committed to making sure that your move is a pleasant and stress-free experience!

What's a CRS?

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently, there are more than 34,000 active CRS Designees.

Why Use a CRS?

Experience — To earn the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation, every REALTOR® must have significant experience and volume of real estate transactions.
