Laura E. Shifrin is President of Townsend Center Realty, Inc. Licensed in MA since 1977 and NH since 1987. She is one of the few REALTORS in the State to attain the position of its President & is recognized throughout the State and National Association for her professionalism, sharing of her knowledge and expertise as well as her volunteer efforts on behalf of the real estate industry. Laura was 2002 Chair of NAR's Communication Committee and currently is serving her 2nd term as President of the Massachusetts Chapter of Certified Residential Specialists.
What's a CRS?
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation
awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation
recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring
the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently,
there are more than 34,000 active CRS Designees.
