Welcome to my CRS website! My philosophy as a REALTOR is to offer the best service with a no pressure and relaxing experience.

I use my extensive Real Estate Education to answer questions, my Internet presence to offer up-to-date information and easy access to all of the Springfield Area real estate listings, my respect for your personal time and privacy, my devotion to work in your best interest, and my overall persona to gain your trust and confidence.

I have been in the Real Estate business for 12 years and every day is a new and exciting experience. I have a worldwide relocation network, a diverse background in client servicing and a world of experience in real estate related and personal opportunities.

I enjoy working with clients throughout the whole spectrum of real estate from "first time homebuyers" to "seasoned real estate veterans". I handle all price points from $10,000 fixer-uppers to multi-million dollar estates. I have helped countless clients with their relocations from all states nationwide and international clients.

I have assisted numerous local businesses with their relocation needs (St. John's & Memorial hospitals, Prairie Cardiovascular, State & local Government, Nestle Corp., Horace Mann, Hanson Engineers, Bunn-O-Matic Corp., Cingular, Wells Fargo, to name a few).

I am always available to answer questions, walk you through the real estate process, offer advice on improvements, value, the current market and the future of Real Estate.

What's a CRS?

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently, there are more than 34,000 active CRS Designees.

Why Use a CRS?

Experience — To earn the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation, every REALTOR® must have significant experience and volume of real estate transactions.

Ethics — Every CRS Designee is required to maintain membership in the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and to abide by its strict Code of Ethics.

A Focus on Home Buying and Selling — To help make the home buying and selling process more rewarding, every CRS Designee must have a proven track record in the business, as well as advanced education in related areas like finance, technology and marketing. Work with the top 4 percent.

Technology Expertise — The training available to CRS Designees includes a strong focus on technology and its applications in the real estate business.
