I am a life-long Columbia area resident. I service all areas of Columbia, including: Northeast Columbia, downtown Columbia, Irmo, Lexington, Chapin and Lake Murray.
I hold 4 of the most important Realtor designations: CRS, ABR, SRES and GRI. All real estate sales agents can not even call themselves Realtors. A Realtor is a member of the National Association of Realtors and agrees to abide by their strict Code of Ethics.
I also have experience... with recogniton by the Greater Columbia Association of Realtors for high sales volume (Circle of Excellence) and RE/MAX International for high sales volume (Platinum Club and RE/MAX Hall of Fame).

What's a CRS?
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation
awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation
recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring
the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently,
there are more than 34,000 active CRS Designees.
