CRS Core Courses
Before you decide to sponsor a CRS Core course, the Council of Residential Specialists suggests that you read the CRS Core Course Sponsor Contract. The contract describes the various responsibilities course sponsors and the Council undertake.
The Council strongly recommends that you submit your contract at least four months in advance. This will give you just enough time to market your course and ensure success.
CRS-Approved One-Unit Courses
The Council’s Approved One-Unit Course Program provides educational opportunities beyond the current CRS Core Course curriculum, which will enhance and enrich the professionalism, educational background, and knowledge of residential real estate agents. The courses are a complement, not duplicate, of CRS Core courses.
