RE-buildUSA™, established by Dennis Walsh & Associates, Inc., was founded to help the real estate industry open up home ownership to many more Americans, while bringing tremendous new business to lenders, real estate professionals and the home renovation industry.
The REbuildUSA 203k Specialist™ is a licensed real estate professional specially trained to help their clients buy a great home and remodel it to meet their needs. Upon completion of the 203k Specialist™ training, CRS will approve one unit of elective credit towards its Certified Residential Specialist Designation.
