As a reminder, your Member ID NUMBER, 7 digits or less, is printed on the upper left-hand corner of the "Member Profile Update" form you received in the mail. Your password is printed to the right of your Council member ID number on the same page. (Click here for an example) You can also find your member ID number on your CRS ID card or on the label of The Residential Specialist magazine, above your name. 

You may also simply enter your E-Mail address.

Please note that the password is case sensitive, that is, capital letters must be CAPITALIZED.

If you do not have an Advantage account, you can open one by completing this form. Once you have submitted the form you will receive your user name and password via email to complete the registration process.

If you have misplaced or forgotten your password, please enter your Member ID NUMBER below and click on "Get Password". Your Password will be sent to the email address we have on file for your Council Member ID Number.
