The Residential Specialist is a practice-oriented, bimonthly magazine written for stellar residential sales agents.
 
Members of the Council of Residential Specialists receive free copies as part of their membership benefits. Nonmembers can purchase one- or two-year subscriptions.
 
Subscriptions:
$29.95 for one year in the U.S.; $54.95 for two years in the U.S.
  • $44.95 for one year in Canada; $84.95 for two years in Canada
  • $89.95 for one year in other international countries; $174.95 for two years in other international countries
