
Mark Porter, CRS, started his real estate career as Rookie of the Year at a Wisconsin agency in 1990. He consistently earned top honors in the Multi-Million Dollar Club and completed his CRS and GRI certifications. Porter’s “Thirty Days and Closing” marketing approach helped him earn an average time on the market of less than 10 days at 99 percent of list price. Porter discovered a passion for technology early in his career, and in 1993, became an instructor for a national real estate computer-system company in Minneapolis.
Porter also directed training for PREP Software in Dallas, prior to the launch of MarkPorter.Net, a national real estate training and consulting firm in Texas. As an expert in mainstream real estate technology, such as Contact Management Software, Personal Digital Assistants, Digital Imaging, Internet, E-mail marketing and agent Web sites, he has conducted real estate training and technology seminars in more than 40 states for thousands of REALTORS® for over a decade. According to attendees, his down-to-earth plain language approach and never-ending enthusiasm make his seminars engaging, invaluable and unforgettable.
