Need to earn CE?
Both CRS eLearning courses are approved for 8 hours of CE in Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Tennessee, Virginia, and Washington. Creating Value for Your Clients is also approved in Arkansas, Oklahoma, South Carolina and Utah.

eLearning Course Pricing
CRS Designees pay $99, CRS General Members pay $125, and all other students pay $149. 

CE
CRS eLearning courses may be approved for continuing education credit in your state.

Creating Value for Your Clients contains audio clips of how to conduct listing presentations, scripts for how to negotiate, sample documents from CRS members, and video stories from CRS instructors.
Putting Technology to Work for Your Clients examines the changing role of real estate agents and provides tips on the technology needed to effectively work with online consumers.

Both these CRS eLearning courses are 8-hours of self-study on the Internet. Upon completion you earn core credit if you take both courses, or elective credit toward the CRS Designation.

To complete your elective requirements for the CRS Designation, you may take both CRS eLearning courses listed above plus any two of the following for a total of four units.

Certified New Homes Specialist Interactive CD-ROM Training Program* 1 Unit

Residential Construction Certified 1 Unit

Transnational Referral Certification Program (CRS Customized Version Offered by ICREA) 1 Unit
