Creating Value for Your Clients contains audio clips of how to conduct listing presentations, scripts for how to negotiate, sample documents from CRS members, and video stories from CRS instructors.

Putting Technology to Work for Your Clients examines the changing role of real estate agents and provides tips on the technology needed to effectively work with online consumers.

Both these CRS eLearning courses are 8-hours of self-study on the Internet. Upon completion you earn core credit if you take both courses, or elective credit toward the CRS Designation.

Certified New Homes Specialist Interactive CD-ROM Training Program* 1 Unit

Residential Construction Certified 1 Unit

Transnational Referral Certification Program (CRS Customized Version Offered by ICREA)1 Unit

*Course revised to one unit 6/1/06. Members who completed the program prior to 6/1/06 will receive 2 units. Students who completed the 2 unit program cannot receive credit for the one-unit equivalent.
